Greg Moon pointed out to me that the track listing wasn't the same as the Japan release. I don't know how I missed that.
I have a copy of the Japan promo version of the cd and not only is it a different order but some of the tracks were renamed for the US release. See US tracks 4, 11, 14 and 16.
The Japanese track 16 - 'TV Ramones' is missing but it was 3 minutes of silence except for a 2 second bleep after 2 minutes. The US track 16 'Pop Tatari' is 'greatborefull dead' as well as a collection of intros from tracks off the album.
